Shipping and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you received the goods or the day a third party, other than the carrier, and designated by you, took possession of the delivered goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us with a clear notice of your decision.

We will refund your payment no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Returns:

Please ensure that the following conditions are met to qualify for a return:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, such as perishable goods or items that have expired.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of the returned delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
