Goods purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery to the buyer.

When returning goods, you must adhere to the following conditions:

• The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging

• The product must not be damaged by the buyer.

• The product must be unused and must not have lost its original appearance (including intact labels and protective films, etc.).

• The returned product must have the same configuration as the one received by the buyer.

If the product's packaging is damaged or the product has been visibly used, a refund will not be issued.

If the above conditions are met, you should write a free-form request to return the product, specifying your name, surname, invoice number, the name and price of the product, and the account number to which the refund should be made. You should also state that you agree that the delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

You should send this request by email to Once we receive and approve the request, you should return the product via a courier service to the address provided. After receiving the product and verifying that it has not been used, we will refund the money to your specified account within 3 business days.

Non-quality goods are returned in accordance with the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Goods approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of June 29, 2001.

In accordance with Article 6.362(4) of the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, high-quality cosmetic products (codes according to the combined nomenclature of goods - 33.03 - 33.07) cannot be exchanged or returned."
